Safety is an important part of our operations. To sharpen our focus on the subject, Eimskip is dedicating this week (12-16 September) to safety. The goal of Eimskip´s Safety Week is to promote safety and to increase safety awareness throughout our operations worldwide.

We organize Eimskip's Safety Week by having various events, evacuation drills, lectures on harbor safety and workplace safety and prevention. Helicopter drill, boat drill on Baldur, hands on fire safety training and by making a short video “Sounds of Safety” to focus on the importance of safety gear and visibility clothing.
