JOB DESCRIPTION WAREHOUSE DATA STAFF
1. Receive information on warehouse imports, create warehouse entry forms
- Receive information on warehouse imports, process warehouse entry documents: Entry form, pallet label, product label, ...
- Receive information on warehouse imports, cross-check document quantities with actual warehouse entry quantities, check the status of warehouse entry goods.
- Enter warehouse goods into the system, update inventory.
2. Receive information on warehouse exports, create warehouse exit forms.
- Receive orders, create warehouse packing lists.
- Check trucking information, receive goods from drivers.
- Update information on exported goods, update inventory, and export goods documents.
3. Manage warehouse data
- Update inventory figures, cross-check inventory data with customers.
- Extract inventory data, conduct cross-checks of actual inventory quantities.
- Archive documents for warehouse entry and exit of goods.
- Perform operations to transfer and move goods as per customer requests.
- Update inventory figures for arising business transactions.
4. Daily work reporting
- Statistics on daily imports and exports for reporting to management when required.
- Update daily import and export data into the report file.
- Statistics on daily export and import data, loading and unloading volume.
- Report in case of abnormal business transactions, detect discrepancies in inventory data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: College degree or higher. Fresh graduates are also accepted.
Experience: > 6 months
Age: 20-25
Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00)
Workplace: 96 Cao Thang, Ward 4, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
